gift tags

i made a lot of my own gift tags this year using a few basic materials:  a tag punch, colored pencils and 

a black marker.

                                                 

i bought this punch, above, at Michael's with a 40% off coupon.  then i used some white and off-white cardstock for the tags.

i tied each tag to the package using yarn or ribbon.  it was very easy, cheap, and gave the gifts a personal touch.
